Retail Return Policy
Items can be returned by mail, with original proof of purchase, if postmarked within 15 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned in the same quality delivered in order to qualify for return. Please fill out the back of the invoice for returning, indicating item(s) returned and the reason(s) for the return. If the item is being sent back for an exchange, please also indicate the item you would like as a replacement. If the replacement item is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference, including any applicable tax. If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will not be refunded, and no additional credit will be offered. Each returned item may be exchanged for only one replacement item. No free shipping on returns and exchanges.
